Your prices are so low, is it real kratom? 

Yes!  We sell 100% pure, unadulterated kratom!  No chemicals, no fillers, no dyes – just plain leaf kratom, ground into a smooth, flour like powder.

Fun Fact:  Some kratom suppliers mix green tea powder with their kratom to give it a vibrant green color.

How do you sell kratom for such a low price?

Many other vendors use a middleman or a broker to source their kratom.  These middlemen/brokers charge a percentage of every order the vendor makes, which adds to the cost of kratom.

We do not deal with middlemen or brokers, we work directly with kratom farmers.  This eliminates the extra cost of a middleman or broker.

In addition to that, our business model is very streamlined and efficient.

How long after ordering will my order ship?

All orders placed by 3pm PST, Monday through Saturday ship same day.  Orders placed after 3pm PST, or orders placed on Sundays and holidays will ship the following business day.

Which shipping method do you use, how much is it?

All orders ship FREE with USPS Priority Mail.  Orders are normally delivered within 1-4 business days.

I received tracking information, but it isn’t updating.  What do I do?

USPS tracking information can take 24 hours or more to update.  In some rare cases, orders have been delivered with no updates at all.

If you do not see an update after 48-72 hours, contact us and we’ll be able to assist you.

It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my package.  What happened?

While rare, some packages are lost or sent to the wrong destination.

If you do not receive your package within 7 business days, we’ll work with you to track it down, and get it to you in a timely manner.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We do not offer overnight shipping.
